复旦大学药学院获得全国百篇优秀博士论文的欺骗行为

尊敬的方博士,

  最近在查找相关文献时发现:复旦大学药学院党委书记陆伟跃学生的李全国百篇优秀博士论文:‘抑制p53与MDM2结合的抗肿瘤多肽设计与靶向递送’存在明显的重大猫腻。教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心发布的关于2013年全国优秀博士学位论文评选报送材料的通知里明确指出:各项成果均应与博士学位论文内容密切相关,并能反映学位论文水平,且为攻读博士学位期间及获得博士学位后一年内获得(http://www.chinadegrees.cn/xwyyjsjyxx/zlpj/yblwpm/ybdtxx/277311.shtml),但是李里兰大学的亲戚)作为最后通讯作者发表的,而陆伟跃(Lu WY)则是倒数第二或非主要通讯作者的名义发表,做科学的都明白,如是自己的学生在自己的实验室的工作,咋可能让美国的亲戚做列在主要通讯作者的位置,那唯一的解释是那些工作显然是在美国使用室做的,也就是李几乎全是美国做的(事实也是李主要工作基本都是国外实验室完成(如下发表的论文已说明了一切),而来骗取国内的全国百篇优博这不是欺骗行为又是啥?而且李论文(也就是参评优博的5篇中4篇第一单位是马里兰大学而非复旦),唯一一篇JBC是复旦第一单位(如果仅以一篇国内JBC何以获得全国优博?),应该是陆伟跃在申报材料里把4篇马里兰为第一单位的论文’打扮’成国内第一单位论文混淆评委的视线,况且陆伟跃只有本科学位,他自己还在读所谓的博士(已被新语丝和其他网站揭发存在学位造假嫌疑),他之前另一学生占昌友也以类似方法骗取2012年度的全国优博,连续2次欺骗评委和教育部,请教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心查实并给个说法!
