反映浙江大学一个学术不端的情况

  方老师,你好!我是浙江大学的一名普通科研人员,近日发现浙大航空航天学院的郁发新教授和他的博士生周F有严重的学术不端行为,向你反应一下,希望能得到你的帮助。

  郁发新教授的博士生周F名下有5篇SCI,其中有两篇明显不是他所写的,而是通过某种手段从中国计量学院材料科学与工程学院副教授张景基处交易得来,分别是:

  郁发新和周F主要的研究方向是基于砷化镓(GaAs)基底的pHEMT集成电路设计,与这种材料学的课题可以说是关系甚微,根本不可能以第一作者发表这么高水平的SCI学术论文,而且周的其他几篇SCI论文从发表时间来说也极其可疑。周F为2009年入学的浙大硕士,2011年转博继续硕博连读,在五年的科研时间内他有三篇论文是在2014年发表的,而他恰好在2014年6月份毕业,众所周知浙大博士毕业有严格的学术要求,周的几篇论文有严重造假嫌疑。附上他的其余三篇SCI和两篇EI:

  可以看到他的研究范围从陶瓷材料到宽带半波成像,再到超宽带接收机调制编码,再到图像水印加密以及GaAs半导体设计,涉及范围之广令人瞠目结舌,我相信这是不可能的事情。所以请方老师帮忙打打假。
